Designlogic is a proud certified Women’s Business Enterprise working with a global client base from Sydney, Australia.

Designlogic was initiated and is led by sister and brother, Jayne Walsh and Berenger Playford.

Jayne Walsh
CEO and Co-founder

Jayne has always been passionate about business—having registered her first business at the young age of 19. Foresight saw her setting out with the intention of gaining experience first—embarking on a career working in internal creative studios for global corporations. This led her to the realisation that there was a gap in the market for a creative agency that positioned itself at the intersection of strategy and delivery; an agency who treated roll-out across all channels with the same dedication as strategy, and—most importantly—at the right price points.

Jayne then took her idea a step further to also focus on providing an offering that she termed ‘inside out’. ‘Inside out’ was the notion of an agency that worked so closely with clients, that it knew their brands and internal systems as intimately as the client. This intimacy drove not only creative, but also functional agility, culminating in further cost savings and dedicated expertise for the long term.

Berenger Playford
CEO and Co-founder

Berenger’s passion from a very young age has always been people and communication which led him to the study of foreign languages, linguistics and education.

After graduating from university, he spent ten years in Japan translating, publishing, teaching and even appearing in his own radio program in Japanese.

In 2003, excited by Jayne’s idea, he returned to Sydney to form Designlogic as a family business, infusing expertise into the multilingual communications side of the business with an Asian sensibility.

From these early days, he has helped manage Designlogic and its diverse team of amazing people with his sister, Jayne.
